The 2 axis linear motion system
This is the representation of the mechanical chamber of Accuro XV ultrasound probe. The system is driven by 2 brushless DC motors, linear guides, lead screws, and spur gears. I participated in the mechanical design, off-shelf components selections, PCB circuit design and control code programming.
